Gov. Compares Union Members to Terrorists
It is the ultimate insult to union members everywhere. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, in a campaign speech, said his experience dealing with union members who protested against his efforts to take away their collective bargaining rights, prepared him to take on terrorists.
Walker, who is a contender for president of the United States, prompted standing ovations and chants of “Run Scott, Run,” when he spoke made the comments on the first day of the Conservative Political Action Conference. When he was asked how he would handle ISIS if elected made the following comment: “If I can take on 100,000 pro-union protestors, I can do the same across the world.”
