Cesar Lagleva of San Rafael, a mental health worker with the county’s Youth Empowerment Services program and Angelo Sacheli , a retired county social worker and former program manager at the West Marin Human Services Center in California co-wrote this piece which calls San Jose Mayor Chuck Reed’s pension ballot measure for what it is – an attack on the middle class.
